01/27/2026, 09:46Dos-Kredobank placed subordinated bonds worth 6.9 million KGS on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. The transactions were concluded on January 26, according to data from the trading platform.
The placement was carried out as part of a registered issue of interest-bearing subordinated bonds with a par value of 1,000 KGS per security. The bank announced the start of sales on its official website on January 15.
According to the terms of the issue, the total volume of the issue is 200 million KGS, the maturity is 63 months, and the yield is 18% per annum with quarterly coupon payments. The issue was registered on December 24 last year.
The bank specifies that the funds raised are planned to be used to strengthen its capital position, maintain capital adequacy ratios, and finance asset growth. The use of subordinated bonds allows the bank to expand its operations without additional shareholder participation.
The actual placement volume in current trading remains insignificant in relation to the declared issue volume.
