07/27/2026, 15:06“Dos-Kredobank” carried out a major share placement on the The Stock Exchange of Kyrgyzstan. Following trading on 23 July, the bank placed 188,432 ordinary shares totalling 188.4 million KGS.
All shares were sold at a price of 1,000 KGS per share. During the placement on the exchange, 44 transactions were concluded. Investors purchased shares in both small blocks and large lots worth tens of millions of KGS.
As at 30 June 2026, Dos-Kredobank’s authorised capital stood at 2.12 billion KGS. This is more than double the National Bank’s minimum requirement, which was raised to 1 billion KGS on 1 July. Consequently, the current placement is not linked to compliance with the regulator’s requirements.
Once all procedures relating to the additional issue have been completed, the bank’s authorised capital may increase to 2.31 billion KGS.
