EADB supported the creation of the AI SuperCloud international artificial intelligence platform

The Eurasian Development Bank's Digital Initiatives Fund has provided grant funding for the development of the international AI SuperCloud platform. This is a new-generation ecosystem for creating, testing, and scaling artificial intelligence solutions.

The financing agreement was signed between the EDB and the Autonomous Cluster Fund “Park of Innovative Technologies” (Astana Hub) as part of the Digital Bridge 2025 forum.

It is a cloud-based digital environment that will bring together key tools and services for working with AI: from model libraries and visual designers to powerful computing resources and automated deployment systems.

The goal of the project is to create an open and accessible infrastructure for AI development in the Eurasian region, available to startups, businesses, government agencies, and scientific organizations.

The main objectives of the platform are:

• Democratizing access to AI — lowering barriers to entry, enabling work with AI through low-code/no-code interfaces without programming skills.
• Regional marketplace for solutions — exchange of ready-made AI products, adaptation and use of modules for local tasks.
• Accelerating implementation — launching pilot projects and scaling them from idea to industrial level in a matter of hours.
• Expertise development — training, hackathons, mentoring programs, and “sandboxes” for forming new IT teams in Central Asia.

AI SuperCloud will become a unified digital platform that will enable countries in the region to implement innovations faster, strengthen business competitiveness, and form a common market for AI products.
