Farmers have received over 90% of the funds from the Farm Finance Program

Every year the state provides farmers with affordable loans on favorable terms. This is done within the framework of the state support program “Financing of Agriculture”, which is being implemented for the 12th time.

The program was developed to support farmers and entrepreneurs involved in agriculture, so that they could start spring work on the fields in time, as well as for the development of the sector.

The program is implemented through state-owned banks - Aiyl Bank and Eldik Bank. This year's budget allocated 5 billion soms for these purposes. According to the Ministry of Finance, as of December 19, more than 93% of this amount, or 4.66 billion soms. These funds were received by 11,655 farmers in different amounts.

Of this amount, 4.18 billion soms was spent on the development of livestock breeding. For this purpose, 10 thousand 218 farmers received loans. In addition, 1 thousand 437 farmers received 479 million soms for crop production.
