FinanceCreditBank renewed its Board of Directors by shareholders' decision

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of FinanceCreditBank OJSC was held on December 12, where a number of key decisions were made, including changes in the composition of the Board of Directors.

The main changes concerned the early termination of Gulmira Turdalieva's powers as a member of the Board of Directors. Marina Kopylova was elected to the vacant position for a period of 4 years. Her powers came into effect on December 12.

During the meeting the amount of remunerations to the members of the Board of Directors was also approved, which is fixed in the annex to the minutes of the meeting.
