The decisions concern pawnshops that have been operating on the market for more than six years. In particular, the licence of the Tumar Kara-Balta pawnshop, operating since January 2019, and the Credit Trust Plus pawnshop, operating since July of the same year, have been revoked.
It should be noted that the order to terminate the permits for Tumar Kara-Balta was signed on 25 August, and for Credit of Trust Plus on 2 September.
The Financial Supervision Authority reminds market participants of the need to strictly comply with the law and to provide accurate reporting within the established deadlines.
The regulator emphasises that the measures are aimed at protecting consumer rights and ensuring transparency in the pawnbroking sector.
