Freedom Broker will engage in cryptocurrency exchange in Kyrgyzstan

Freedom Broker is expanding its activities in the Kyrgyz financial market. The company has obtained a license to operate as a virtual asset exchange operator.

According to the license registry, the permit was issued on January 26, 2026. The license is valid indefinitely within the republic. The basis for the issuance was an order from the authorized body dated the same day.

The status obtained allows the company to carry out virtual asset exchange operations — in fact, to act as a crypto exchange operator in the regulated market segment.

Thus, Freedom Broker has become one of the virtual asset exchange operators registered in the republic, expanding its activities beyond traditional brokerage services.

It should be noted that Freedom Broker is part of Freedom Holding Corp., an international financial holding company whose shares are traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange. The holding company has credit ratings of “B+/B” and operates in the markets of several countries.
