10/22/2026, 12:10Plans are in place to build the ‘Manas City’ residential complex, a funicular and a toboggan run in the town of Manas in the Jalal-Abad region. These projects form part of the town’s development plans for 2027 and beyond, which were presented to President Sadyr Japarov during a working visit on 22 October.
The city council also plans to create an ethnic cultural complex and a leisure area in the Ayub-Too district, build a resort complex in Shor-Bulak and purchase 30 modern buses.
Following the meeting, the President noted that the necessary funding would be allocated for the further socio-economic development of the city of Manas and the Suzak district.
