Guarantee Fund supported women's businesses with over KGS 1 billion in 2024

In 2024, the Guarantee Fund channelled 1 billion 10 million soms to support women's entrepreneurship, providing 1,224 guarantees. This represents 41 per cent of the total number of guarantees issued for the year.

Since the establishment of the Guarantee Fund, 38 per cent of all guarantees issued have been directed to women's business development. A total of 4,207 guarantees worth KGS 3 billion 308 million were issued, which enabled women entrepreneurs across the country to receive loans worth more than KGS 9 billion 447 million.

Thanks to this support, women are successfully developing businesses in such sectors as agriculture, manufacturing, trade, services and others, making a significant contribution to the economic development of Kyrgyzstan.
