As noted by the chairman of the SCNS, Deputy Prime Minister Kamchybek Tashiev, “the future lies in intelligence, technology, and science,” and the main task of the state is to recognize talent in a timely manner and combine efforts in the name of the country's security and progress.
The agency emphasized that modern challenges require new personnel—software engineers, systems analysts, cryptographers, and specialists in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The GKNB plans to develop smart drones, autonomous platforms, interception and cryptography systems, and intelligent data analysis systems.
Priority will be given to graduates of foreign universities who speak two or more foreign languages and have experience in the IT field. Candidates must be under 30 years of age, physically healthy, have an impeccable background, and be prepared to work under strict confidentiality.
The agency noted that IT specialists are eligible not only for traditional forms of military service, but also for alternative forms of service in the technical divisions of the State Committee for National Security.
