09/30/2026, 11:19The State Tax Service reminds businesses that the deadline for entering remaining stock into the traceability system is 1 October 2026.
This requirement applies to taxpayers who sell goods covered by the traceability system. Specifically, this includes domestic refrigerators and freezers, washing machines, televisions and monitors.
There is no requirement to enter details of fixed assets not intended for sale into the system.
Remaining stock is entered via the ‘ESF 2.0’ module in the Taxpayer’s Portal. To do this, select the ‘Stock Entry’ section, specify the source of the goods entering the warehouse and enter the details of the remaining stock.
From 1 September 2026, a traceability system for certain categories of goods imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) will come into force.
The State Tax Service urges businesses to check for the presence of traceable goods and to enter details of their stock levels by 1 October.
For enquiries regarding the system, please contact the State Tax Service on 0312 62-08-55.
