03/18/2025, 11:40Employees of the State Tax Service (STS) conduct raids in Bishkek and Chui oblast to detect and suppress the illegal turnover of fuels and lubricants (fuels and lubricants).
The main task of tax control is to ensure transparency in the sale of fuel and to check compliance with mandatory labelling requirements. In the course of raids, STS specialists monitor the presence of the necessary labels on the sold fuel that comply with the current legislation.
STS reminds that the lack of fuel labelling entails liability for individuals and legal entities. Violators may face penalties provided for by the Tax Code and other legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The State Tax Service calls on all participants of the fuel and lubricants market to comply with legislative norms, to label fuel in a timely manner and to conduct their activities within the legal framework.
