The State Tax Service has uncovered illegal sales of fuel and lubricants

Employees of the State Tax Service conducted raids in the Osh region to uncover illegal sales and distribution of fuel and lubricants.

During the raid, illegal fuel sales points were identified, using five mobile tankers that were engaged in mobile retail trade in unidentified locations without the appropriate permits.
Based on these violations, administrative fines were imposed on the owners of the tankers, the vehicles were sent to the impound lot, and the fuel and lubricants were seized. The materials were transferred to the judicial authorities.

STS employees continue to conduct raids to identify illegal sales and distribution of fuel and lubricants.

The State Tax Service reminds that, according to the law, the retail sale of petroleum products is permitted exclusively at petrol stations, gas filling stations and gas compressor stations, with the mandatory presence of cash registers, specialised refuelling equipment (fuel dispensers) and automated accounting systems.
