More than a thousand residents of Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek fell under land amnesty

As of September 4, 1 thousand 86 residents of Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek submitted documents for land amnesty. This is reported by the Department of individual housing construction and urban development of the mayor's office.

In total, 496 thousand 439 square meters of land plots fall under the amnesty in Sverdlovsk district, according to the submitted applications of citizens. Thus reception of applications continues.

To submit an application you need:

a copy of the applicant's identity documents for individuals, or a copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity;

copies of the technical passport;

notarized power of attorney for representatives.

Documents (if any) confirming the fact of acquisition of the object (documents confirming the fact of acquisition of the object of land amnesty or relevant receipts, receipts for payment of utilities, receipts for payment of land tax, powers of attorney and other documents relating to the objects of land amnesty).

Recall, the land amnesty is held on the basis of the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution of October 18, 2022 on amendments to the regulation on the procedure of land amnesty of May 31, 2022.
