According to trading data, a single transaction involving shares in the State Leasing Company was concluded at a price of 1,000 KGS per share. The total value of the transaction amounted to 133 million KGS, and the number of shares acquired was 133,000.
The decision to purchase shares from the additional issue was taken by the sole shareholder on 23 April.
The transaction was a continuation of Gosfinholding’s strategy to expand its participation in state financial institutions. Earlier, in March, the holding announced plans to become a shareholder in the State Leasing Company and the Enterprise Development Fund.
It was noted at the time that 500 million KGS each were planned to be allocated for the purchase of additional share issues in the two entities. Against this backdrop, the current investment of 133 million KGS may form part of a phased increase in the stake in the State Leasing Company’s capital.
