Applications for participation will be accepted from December 3 to December 9, and the auctions themselves will take place on December 9 at the auction site.
Both state shares in enterprises and property complexes of operating production facilities are offered for sale.
The state intends to sell 98.4% of the shares of Kyzyl-Kiy Machine-Building Plant OJSC with a starting price of 2 billion 102.6 million KGS. The plant, located in the Batken region, is an industrial site covering 22.89 hectares with production buildings, warehouses, a boiler room, and an electrical substation.
The start date for accepting bids is December 3, the end date for accepting bids is December 9 at 10:00 a.m., and the auction itself is scheduled for 4:40 p.m. on the same day. It will take place on the electronic trading platform portal.
The property is located near the Kyzyl-Kya railway station and the Osh-Batken highway, which increases its logistical appeal. The main activity of the enterprise is the leasing of premises. The guarantee deposit is 210.3 million KGS, and the auction step is 2.1 million KGS.
Another large lot will be a fattening complex in the Chui region — a 62.2-hectare facility with infrastructure for intensive fattening of large and small cattle and poultry. The territory includes calf pens, a feed mill, a veterinary unit, a slaughterhouse, a boiler room, warehouses, and a milking and dairy unit.
The complex has a design capacity of 500 to 3,000 head. The starting price is 1 billion 456.7 million KGS, the guarantee deposit is 145.7 million KGS, and the auction step is 1.46 million KGS.

A 100% stake in Vinivin LLC, including the property complex of a winery and extensive vineyards, is also being put up for auction. The enterprise is located in the Alamudun district of the Chui region and has workshops for primary grape processing, fermentation, aging, distillation of cognac spirit, blending, and bottling of products. Underground storage facilities for aging wine and cognac have been restored on the territory.
In addition, technical grape varieties such as Muscat, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Saperavi, and others were previously grown on a 307-hectare municipal plot. The starting price for a 100% stake is 553.2 million KGS, the guarantee deposit is 55.3 million KGS, and the auction step is 1.1 million KGS.

The last major lot will be a 100% stake in Balykchy Et Kombinaty LLC, which is a 10.7-hectare production complex with facilities totaling more than 30,000 square meters. The enterprise is equipped with an access railway with a modern overpass, which ensures accelerated loading and unloading operations and is attractive to logistics companies and raw material processors.
The starting price is 631.2 million KGS, the guarantee deposit is 63.1 million KGS, and the auction step is 1.26 million KGS.
