The State Customs Service acquired a stake in a logistics company through its subsidiary

State Customs Infrastructure OJSC, owned by the State Customs Service, has acquired a stake in State Logistics Company LLC. This was reported in materials from the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

The deal was concluded on 8 October, but information about it has only now become public. According to published data, GTI acquired 30% of the logistics company's authorised capital.

The size of the transaction and its grounds are not disclosed.

State Customs Infrastructure is a new structure in the state asset system. It was registered on 2 September 2025 and specialises in warehousing and storage of goods. The company was founded by the State Customs Service, and its director is Talant Zhamanakov.

It is interesting to note that before the deal, the State Logistics Company LLC was privately owned and had no ties to state structures. Its founder was Kamchybek uulu Temirlan, who, judging by the transaction, retained a controlling stake.

The company was registered on 30 June 2025, three months before the appearance of GTI. Its main activity is freight transport by road.
