State Enterprise Kyrgyz Autobeketi penalised for untimely response to the antimonopoly authority

The Antimonopoly Service initiated an analysis of the state of competition in the passenger transport market. As part of this analysis, a request for necessary information was sent to the SE ‘Kyrgyz Autobeketi’.

According to the law, all business entities must provide requested documents and information in accordance with the established procedure. However, SE ‘Kyrgyz Autobeketi’ did not provide the requested information within the specified period of time.

‘For this reason, the Antimonopoly Service issued a prescription to eliminate the violation of antimonopoly legislation in relation to SE ‘Kyrgyz Autobeketi’.
