08/11/2025, 14:29In January–June 2025, the volume of freight turnover by all modes of transport in Kyrgyzstan amounted to KGS 1 billion 535.3 million, which is 11.1% higher than in the same period last year.
A year earlier, this figure was 1 billion 381.6 million KGS.
The largest growth was shown by rail transport – up to 588.2 million KGS, which is 23.4% higher than in 2024. Road transport increased freight turnover to 679.3 million KGS (+12.1%). Pipeline transport indicators remained almost at the same level as last year – 164.2 million KGS (+0.8%).
Air transport, on the contrary, declined: freight turnover fell from 136 million to 103.6 million KGS, which is 76.2% of the 2024 level.
