A foreign company has illegally occupied 3.5 hectares of land in Jalal-Abad

In the Toguz-Toros District of the Jalal-Abad Region, a case of illegal land use involving a foreign company has been uncovered. This was reported by the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the agency, Aurora-Tour LLC, headed by foreign citizen L.J.J., unlawfully occupied a plot of land measuring 3.58 hectares. However, the company had previously been granted only 1,000 square meters in accordance with established procedures.

As noted, on the illegally occupied territories, the foreign company organized gravel extraction and crushed stone production without the necessary permits. The activities were carried out for profit, resulting in losses to the state amounting to over 15 million KGS.

As part of the criminal case, the company’s director has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) reported that investigative operations are ongoing to identify all individuals involved.

The agency also reminded the public of criminal liability for violations of land legislation and urged citizens to comply with established regulations.
