06/12/2025, 17:58For the first four months of 2025 in Kyrgyzstan, 3 thousand 65 individual residential buildings with a total area of 406.8 thousand square meters were commissioned. This is 94.6% of the level of the same period of 2024, which indicates a slight decrease in the rate of housing commissioning.
The volume of investments in the construction of individual residential houses for January-April 2025 is estimated to reach 12.1 billion soms, which is 3% more than in the same period last year. The share of investments in individual housing construction amounted to 17.3% of the total volume of investments in fixed capital, while in January-April 2024 this indicator was higher - 27%.
Most of the commissioned individual housing - 72.8% - is concentrated in Jalal-Abad, Chui and Osh oblasts, as well as in Bishkek city.
Note also that more than half of the new housing - 241.7 thousand square meters, or 59.4% of the total volume - falls on rural areas.
