    Changes in the shareholder structure of Bank of Asia CJSC

    According to data published by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, on July 2, 2025, there was a redistribution of shares among individuals in the authorized capital of Bank of Asia CJSC.

    Lee Jong-Bae increased his share from 85.81% to 86.91%, which indicates a strengthening of his controlling stake in the bank.

    At the same time, the share of Naizra Tutanovna Beishenalieva decreased from 11.53% to 10.64%. Information on the exact number of securities transferred or their monetary value is not disclosed, but the change has been officially recorded.
