Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev Urges Officials to Expedite Document Processing in 'InfoDocs' System

The Head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev during the staff meeting instructed the heads of state and local authorities to speed up the work with documents in the electronic system ‘Infodox’.

In his opinion, the analysis shows that processing of incoming documents and signing of resolutions is not efficient enough.

‘Documents should be reviewed by managers within one hour,’ Kasymaliyev said.

Statistics for January-March 2025 show that every third document is processed for more than an hour. For example, in the administrations of Aravan and Nookat districts, as well as the State Agency for Vehicle Registration, only one out of five documents is reviewed within an hour. In contrast, state agencies in Moskovsky District, the Ministry of Natural Resources and others show high efficiency.

Kasymaliyev singled out Bakyt Akzholtoev, deputy head of the State Agency for Vehicle Registration, and Deputy Education Minister Nadira Dzhusupbekova as examples of a responsible approach. At the same time, the heads of administrations in Kemin, Naryn and other districts are behind schedule. The Ministry of Economy and Chui district state administration showed improved results.

The head of the Cabinet of Ministers emphasised that the speed of implementation of tasks in the electronic document flow plays a crucial role. Delay in work is perceived as sabotage. He urged the leadership to avoid unreasonable delays, as it is necessary to fulfil the orders of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers in a timely manner. Sanctions will be taken against responsible managers for violations.
