11/07/2025, 12:19The Cabinet of Ministers has extended the term of temporary external management of the closed joint-stock company Kum-Shagyl until February 8, 2026. This is stated in a resolution published on the Cabinet's website.
The extension is due to the need to eliminate violations in the field of subsoil protection, environmental and industrial safety, which pose a threat to human life and health.
The State Agency for State Property Management has been instructed to nominate a new temporary administrator and notify the registering authority of the continuation of external administration. Control over the implementation of the decision is entrusted to the Presidential Administration.
External management at Kum-Shagyl was introduced back in February 2024 and has already been extended several times. These measures are aimed at stabilizing the company's operations and eliminating the identified violations.
