03/06/2026, 17:33The State Mortgage Company held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on March 4, 2026, in Bishkek. The key issue on the agenda was the approval of the results of the issue and another increase in the company's authorized capital.
In addition, the shareholders considered the composition of the counting commission, as well as amendments and additions to the company's charter. The list of securities holders entitled to participate in the meeting was formed as of March 3, 2026.
The increase in GIK's authorized capital is related to the further development of mortgage lending programs and the expansion of the company's financial capabilities for the implementation of housing projects. The company is one of the key development institutions in the field of providing affordable housing to the population in Kyrgyzstan.
