09/22/2026, 14:218.4 million KGS have been earmarked for the development of design and cost estimate documentation (PSD) for the second phase of construction of buildings and facilities at the all-season ‘Zhyrgalan’ mountain resort in the Ak-Suu District of the Issyk-Kul Region.
As part of the second phase, 11 facilities are planned to be designed. These include an administration building, a garage for specialised vehicles, a police station, ski hire and repair shops, a first-aid post, a restaurant, a restaurant with a fitness centre and spa, and a fire station.
The deadline for preparing the design and cost estimates is set at 90 calendar days. The client is the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic.
