04/10/2026, 11:32The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has approved the procedures for maintaining the Unified State Register of Actuaries and Insurance Brokers and has established the fees for registration and annual administration. The relevant resolution was signed on April 3, 2026.
According to the document, specialists and companies operating in the insurance market are required to register in the registry. A one-time fee of 10 calculation indices, amounting to 1,000 KGS, is charged for inclusion and re-registration. A similar amount has been set for the annual fee for maintaining the registry.
The fees apply to both actuaries and insurance brokers and are a mandatory requirement for their official activities.
It is noted that maintaining a unified registry is aimed at increasing the transparency of the insurance market, streamlining the registration of specialists, and strengthening oversight of their activities.
