09/07/2025, 18:00The Cabinet of Ministers has amended certain resolutions in the field of licensing and permitting activities. The relevant decision was signed by the head of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliyev.
The document was developed with the aim of implementing a consistent state policy to reduce the bureaucratic burden on the population and create an effective system of public administration.
Amendments have been made to a number of regulatory legal acts, including provisions on the licensing of gambling activities in the Kyrgyz Republic, minimum requirements for pawnshops, qualification certification of securities market participants, and the procedure for recognizing qualifications in the field of auditing and accounting.
The document aims to simplify state regulation procedures by eliminating the requirement for mandatory notarization of copies of documents submitted by citizens and entrepreneurs to state authorities. This will reduce the administrative burden, increase the accessibility, convenience, and efficiency of public services, and improve the effectiveness of state authorities.
