    "Capital Bank" will approve the corporate code at the annual general meeting of shareholders

    "Capital Bank" will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on February 25. One of the key agenda items will be the approval of the Corporate Governance Code, aimed at improving the bank's management system in line with international standards.

    The document regulates the rights and obligations of shareholders, the principles of the Board of Directors' work, as well as control and accountability mechanisms within the organization.

    As part of the meeting, a new version of the Board of Directors' regulations will also be reviewed. Additionally, shareholders are expected to approve guidelines for applying the key performance indicator to assess the financial stability and efficiency of commercial banks with a state ownership share of 50% or more.

    The agenda includes a review of the financial results for 2024, approval of the budget for 2025, appointment of an independent auditor, and election of a new Board of Directors. Discussions will also cover profit distribution and the expense estimates for maintaining Board members.
