The capital of Kyrgyzstan’s construction companies has increased fivefold over the past year

The capital of enterprises in Kyrgyzstan’s construction sector reached 105.4 billion KGS by the end of 2025, compared with 20.3 billion KGS a year earlier. Over the course of the year, the figure increased more than fivefold.

This is according to data from the National Statistical Committee.

The capital of construction firms rose by 85.1 billion KGS, or approximately 419 per cent.

The growth began gradually: in 2021, the capital of construction firms stood at 13 billion KGS; in 2022, it was 15 billion; and in 2023, it reached 17.3 billion KGS.

However, the sharpest surge occurred in 2025 – after rising to 20.3 billion KGS in 2024, the figure reached 105.4 billion KGS.

Overall, the capital of enterprises in the real sector of Kyrgyzstan’s economy stood at 1.42 trillion KGS at the end of 2025, compared with 1 trillion KGS in 2024.
