06/12/2025, 16:21On the primary market of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange today, June 12, a major deal in shares of Bakai Bank OJSC was recorded. The information is posted on the website of KSE.
In total, the bank sold 63 mln 829 thousand 787 common shares. Nominal value of one copy amounted to 47 soms. Thus, as a result of the transaction, the bank received 2 billion 999 million 999 thousand 989 soms.
Recall, earlier “Akchabar” wrote that the bank decided to increase its authorized capital from 7 to 10 billion soms. The capital growth will be due to additional issue of ordinary registered shares of 26th issue - it is planned to place more than 63.8 million securities at the price of 47 soms per share. The total amount raised will amount to almost 3 bln KGS.
