    Capitalization of “MBank” may grow up to 13.6 billion KGS

    Today on June 24, a large-scale offering of common shares of OJSC “MBank” on the primary market took place at the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. Total amount of deals amounted to almost 4.94 bln KGS.

    Within the trades 967 mln 647.7 thousand akiyas were placed.

    All deals were made on primary market, which means possible increase of the bank's authorized capital. According to the financial statements, at the end of May, capitalization of MBank amounted to 8.7 billion KGS. Taking into account the placed shares, it can grow up to 13.6 bln KGS.
