11/01/2025, 14:10On 30 October 2025, Bakyt Sydykov, Minister of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, met with Elnur Aliyev, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in Bishkek.
During the meeting, the active development of cooperation between the two countries was noted, both within the framework of multilateral formats and at the bilateral level. The parties discussed issues of further strengthening trade and economic ties, paying particular attention to the development of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further deepen bilateral cooperation, expand investment interaction and implement joint projects aimed at developing industry, trade and other priority sectors of the economy. They also confirmed their commitment to intensifying the fund's work in order to support entrepreneurial initiatives and strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
