09/29/2025, 16:03Kyrgyzstan and Belarus intend to significantly increase the volume of mutual trade. Following negotiations in Minsk, the heads of government of the two countries agreed on joint steps that will increase trade turnover to $500 million over the next five years.
The parties noted that in recent years there has been steady growth in mutual trade, which confirms the existence of a good basis for further development.
Particular attention was paid to industrial cooperation. The plans include the launch of joint projects on assembly and localization of production, exchange of technologies, and formation of value chains. This will strengthen the countries' positions in regional markets and create new jobs.
