05/31/2025, 11:10Cairo, May 27. As part of his visit to Egypt, Ulukbek Maripov, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, met with Hossam Heiba, President of Egypt’s General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI).
The two sides discussed prospects for boosting trade and economic ties, with a focus on expanding investment cooperation. Ambassador Maripov outlined measures taken by the Kyrgyz Cabinet to improve the investment climate and presented proposals for collaboration on several promising projects.
Hossam Heiba welcomed the initiatives and confirmed Egypt’s readiness to support mutually beneficial investment efforts.
