12/16/2025, 12:28Kyrgyzstan transferred 64.32 billion KGS to service its public debt in January–October. These figures were provided by the Ministry of Finance.
As in previous years, the main burden fell on external debt. 39.88 billion KGS were allocated to service it. Of this amount, 34.58 billion KGS went to repay the principal amount of the debt, 5.25 billion KGS to interest payments, and another 54.4 million KGS to other expenses.
Domestic obligations required 24.43 billion KGS, with the distribution of expenses as follows: 12.5 billion KGS went to repay the principal debt, and another 11.93 billion KGS went to pay interest.
In total, according to the Ministry of Finance, over the ten months of this year, the state allocated:
Thus, the republic continues to fulfill its obligations to creditors both within the country and abroad.
