President Sadyr Zhaparov signed a law ratifying an agreement that will simplify the movement of goods between the countries of the Eurasian Union and their partners.

The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Zhaparov, signed the Law “On the Ratification of the Agreement on the Unified Customs Transit System of the Eurasian Economic Union and Third Party (Third Parties)”.

The document was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on September 24, 2025, and signed by the head of state in order to complete the domestic procedures for the entry into force of the agreement signed on December 26, 2024, in St. Petersburg.

The ratification of the agreement paves the way for the creation of a unified, digital, and transparent customs transit system between the EAEU countries and their external partners.
The main goal is to simplify and speed up the transportation of goods across borders and minimize business costs.

The new system provides for:

- the use of a single guarantee for the payment of duties and taxes;
- the introduction of navigation seals for real-time tracking of cargo;
