Thus, the level of implementation of the investment program exceeded 95%, which indicates a noticeable acceleration in the implementation of state projects.
According to the data, the largest share of funds was allocated to the construction and reconstruction of roads and bridges — 21.19 billion KGS, or 40.8% of the total planned investments.
In second place were strategic facilities and law enforcement facilities, which accounted for 11.5 billion KGS (22.1%), followed by schools with sports halls — 8.9 billion KGS (17.1%).
Funds were also allocated to healthcare facilities, water supply, and irrigation.
Actual funding in most areas was practically in line with planned indicators, which indicates a high degree of project implementation.
According to data from the Ministry of Finance, 381 facilities were completed across the country in 2025. These included:
Sixty-three power and strategic infrastructure facilities and 18 sports and cultural complexes were also commissioned.
The investment structure shows that the authorities are focusing on basic infrastructure—roads, schools, water, and irrigation. These areas form the basis for economic activity in the regions and reduce social inequality.
