Negotiations are currently underway to start exporting alfalfa seeds to Azerbaijan, where there is also high demand for high-quality animal feed.
Kyrgyzstan has ideal natural and climatic conditions for growing alfalfa seeds: fertile land, clean water, a high-altitude climate and a rich agricultural tradition allow for the production of environmentally friendly and nutritious products that meet international standards.
The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan supports producers and exporters of fodder crops, including alfalfa, and aims to expand export markets.
The export of alfalfa seeds is not only a source of additional income for farmers, but also contributes to strengthening the country's export potential, developing the agricultural sector and promoting Kyrgyzstan as a reliable supplier of high-quality agricultural products on the international stage.
