In the Talas region, preparations have begun for harvesting silage for 2025.

A campaign to harvest silage for 2025 has begun in the Manas district of the Talas region. This work is aimed at strengthening the feed base for livestock farming and increasing agricultural production.

In 2024, 8,000 tonnes of silage were harvested in the district, and this year the plan is to increase this figure to 12,000 tonnes. This represents a significant increase compared to last year.

To achieve the goals set for 2025, the area under corn cultivation has been expanded by 400 hectares. This has encouraged agricultural producers to introduce modern technologies and increase production. Currently, the average yield is 400-450 centners per hectare, which ensures the fulfilment of the planned high targets.

Such measures to develop the agricultural sector in the Manas district contribute to providing the local population with high-quality feed, sustainable growth in livestock farming and the overall economic development of the region.
