Logic is prepared to spend up to half a million soms on auditing services

On 24 September, the shareholders of Logic OJSC held an extraordinary general meeting at which they made key decisions concerning the company's activities.

The meeting, which was held in person, was attended by 100% of the shareholders, ensuring a full quorum.

Among the decisions taken, the shareholders:

• approved all major transactions completed in 2025, as well as those planned before the end of the year;
• granted the company's director, Daniyar Okenov, the authority to sign contracts and documents for major transactions;
• granted him the right to select an auditing organisation to audit the company's activities.

At the same time, the shareholders set an upper limit on the auditor's remuneration of no more than 500,000 KGS.
