09/08/2026, 14:29The creditors of the bankrupt Kadamzhay Antimony Plant are to consider the sale of a 100 per cent stake in the authorised capital of Kadamzhay Antimony Company LLC. An extraordinary general meeting will be held on 18 September.
Participants will be required to approve the investment committee’s decision of 4 September regarding the sale of the stake, as well as to consent to the conclusion of a sale and purchase agreement with the winner of the investment tender.
The name of the winner and the estimated value of the transaction are not specified in the special administrator’s notice.
Creditors who have not previously submitted claims against the plant must send them to the special administrator no later than seven calendar days before the start of the meeting in order to take part in the vote.
It should be added that the Kadamzhai Antimony Plant was finally declared bankrupt by a Supreme Court ruling on 16 June 2020. The enterprise is currently under the management of a special administrator.
