There were significant changes in the structure of shareholders of Eurasian Savings Bank. On April 11 of this year Mederbek Sartkaziev became the owner of 48.89% shares of the bank. Information about the changes was posted on the website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

According to the disclosed information, Sartkaziev was transferred 24 million 716 thousand 163 copies of securities, which is equivalent to 48.89% stake in the bank.  The value of the transferred shares is estimated at 509 million 773.1 thousand KGS. The type of transaction, within the framework of which such a large block of securities was transferred, is not specified.

It should be noted that according to the information on KASE, Sartkaziev did not have a stake in UESB before. Odanko, the bank's website states that he owns a controlling stake of 55.23%.
