    Russian Ministry Branch Discovers 1,900 Migrant Jobs, Hosts 88 Community Meetings

    Since the beginning of the year, almost 2 thousand people in different regions of the Russian Federation have found work. This was reported by the Ministry of Labor.

    Employees of the representative office also held 88 meetings: 54 with Kyrgyz diasporas in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Sochi and other cities, and 36 with Russian government agencies on issues of migration, medicine, education and employment.

    More than 4,800 people participated in the meetings. Assistance was provided to 967 citizens in obtaining MHI medical policies, and three citizens were helped to lift the ban on entry to Russia.

    Assistance was also provided for the return home of three minor children left without parental care.

    In connection with the extension of the deadline for the legalization of foreign citizens until September 10, 2025, the representative office is actively conducting explanatory work and working on hotlines to help Kyrgyz citizens resolve issues related to work and stay in the Russian Federation.
