A Latvian entertainment company has acquired a financial firm in Kyrgyzstan

Latvia-based SIA Via Riga, which specializes in organizing leisure and entertainment activities, has become the sole shareholder of the Kyrgyz company “Digital Treasury,” which specializes in financial intermediation. According to information from the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the foreign company owns 100% of the company’s common stock.

The change in the securities registry took place on July 29, but the information was not published until October 22. The value of the transaction, the number of shares acquired, and the previous ownership structure have not been disclosed.

“Digital Treasury” was registered in Bishkek on October 23, 2025, and underwent state re-registration on April 28, 2026. According to data from the Ministry of Justice, the company is engaged in other financial intermediation. Philip Larin is listed as its director.

In December 2025, the Financial Supervisory Authority registered the initial issuance of common registered shares of “Digital Treasury.”

It is known that the buyer has been operating in the Latvian market since 2011. The company is located in Sigulda, and its authorized capital is 25,000 euros. According to corporate records, its primary business activity is related to organizing leisure and entertainment, not to providing financial services.

At the same time, the scale of Via Riga’s operations is relatively small. In 2025, its revenue amounted to 64,200 euros, an increase of 15% compared to the previous year. Despite the growth in revenue, the company ended the year with a loss of 10,900 euros.

Latvian registration records list Philipp Larin as the owner and ultimate beneficial owner of Via Riga. His first and last names match those of Philipp Larin, who heads the Kyrgyz company “Digital Treasury.”

Thus, the Latvian company, which operates in the leisure and entertainment sector, gained full control over the Kyrgyz joint-stock company, which is registered to operate in the field of financial intermediation.
