12/07/2025, 17:56Kikshiring Central Asia OJSC announced a change in the composition of legal entities that own securities. According to official information, on December 2, Leasing Express Finance LLC acquired an additional block of shares, bringing its stake to 28.71% of the authorized capital.
Prior to the transaction, the company owned 200,000 ordinary shares, which corresponded to 20% of the capital. After the purchase, its stake increased to 287,069 shares, or 28.71%.
The change in shareholding reflects a large stock exchange transaction conducted on December 2 on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. As previously reported by Akchabar, 87,069 shares were sold on the secondary market at a price of 1,100 soms per share, with the total transaction amounting to 95.78 million soms.
The sold stake is equivalent to 8.7% of the company's authorized capital.
This transaction was the third major redistribution of shares in two months.
On October 9, Leasing Express Finance LLC received 20% of the company's shares free of charge.
On October 16, the largest shareholder, Sergey Shevtsov, transferred 9.8% of the shares to the company, reducing his stake from 45% to 35.2%.
