03/31/2026, 11:51A series of personnel changes has taken place in Kyrgyzstan, affecting several regions and cities at once. Appointments and dismissals were announced on the same day and concerned both district akims and mayors.
Niyazbek Kozuev has been relieved of his post as akim of the Moskovsky District in the Chui Region. He has been replaced by Ilyaz Tashbaev. In Naryn, the mayor has changed: Zhaynak Nemat uulu has been relieved of his post, and Zhyldyzbek Bekkeldiev has been appointed as the new mayor.
There have also been changes in the Jalal-Abad Region. The mayor of Mailuu-Suu, Altynbek Zhumayev, has been relieved of his post and replaced by Almaz Baigaziev. In the Ala-Bukinsky District, the akim Ruslan Aitbaev has been relieved of his post, and Temirbolot Abykeev has been appointed as the new head. In the Bazar-Korgon district, Akim Talantbek Edilov has also stepped down; he has been replaced by Altynbek Bekturov.
