08/29/2025, 11:42Mederbek Tumanov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic. On August 27, he was introduced to the staff.
Prior to his appointment as Deputy Minister, Tumanov served as Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic (2025). Previously, he worked as a national consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (2024), commercial director of LLC Kyrgyz Solar Systems (2023–2024), expert in the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (2021–2023) and in the Government Apparatus of the Kyrgyz Republic (2020–2021).
He also previously held senior positions at the Public-Private Partnership Center under the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, and has experience working in the private sector as director of LLC Almek (2014–2016).
