The Ministry of Finance intends to issue two-year government treasury bonds worth 400 million KGS. The placement of government securities will take place on Friday, 11 July, on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

We would like to add that, as of today, the ministry's obligations on two-year bonds placed through the KSE are estimated at 5.6 billion KGS.

Previous placements of government bonds with a maturity of two years took place on 13 June. At that time, the Ministry of Finance also intended to place government securities worth 400 million KGS.

However, despite the demand, which exceeded supply by almost 209 million KGS, the ministry satisfied only half of the applications, worth 308.99 million KGS.

The average yield on the bonds was 13.1% with a coupon yield of 5%.
