02/04/2025, 11:23The Ministry of Finance has announced a competition for admission to the personnel reserve to fill the positions of state representatives in the management bodies of economic companies with a state stake.
Candidates for the positions of advocates on boards of directors and representatives on audit commissions must meet a number of requirements, including age from 27 to 65, higher education in economics, management or law, and at least five years' experience in managerial positions. The absence of a criminal record, including expunged convictions, is a prerequisite.
Candidates must have knowledge of key legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the Constitution, Civil and Budget Codes, as well as laws regulating joint stock companies, the securities market, banking and anti-corruption. To participate in the competition, candidates must submit a package of documents, including a resume, CV, copies of educational and employment records, and a certificate of criminal record.
Successful candidates will be included in the personnel reserve for further appointment to positions in the management bodies of business entities with state participation.
